Robert “Bob” Garcia, 72, entered into rest on December 21, 2020 in Manteca, CA. A native of New Mexico, Robert was born on June 21, 1948.
   He is preceded in death by his parents Phillip Garcia and Della Fernandez.
   Mr. Garcia is survived by his loving family, wife of 12 years Tena Garcia, children Renee Cabezas, Brian Garcia, (step-children) Erica Rich, Alicia Rich and Chad Rich (Jenny), grandchildren Magen Cabezas, Brooke Cabezas, Katrina Garcia, Dominic Garcia, Aiden Garcia, Macee Goldman (Travis), Marcus Rivas, Cameron Ceja, Kaitlynn Ceja, Victoria Rich and Josiah Rich and one great-granddaughter Reagan Goldman. In addition Bob is survived by two brothers, Gilbert Garcia and Joseph Garcia.
   Bob was a resident of Manteca for over 40 years. He proudly served his country through the United Sates Air Force and was a Vietnam veteran. He retired after 34 years as a Lineman for Pacific Gas and Electric. He was a faithful longtime member of Crossroads Grace Community Church where he was involved and volunteered for many events. His favorite pastime was Golfing and was a member of the Valley Golfers. He enjoyed fishing, especially fishing with his good friend Jay Clark. Bob was a family man he loved BBQ’ing for family and friends and spending quality time with his wife and grandchildren. He was known for his giving heart and had an unofficial “moving company” where he always showed up with a truck, trailer and a lending hand for family, friends and his church family. Bob will be remembered for his faithfulness to God, family and country. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
