Robert F. Platt, age 59, entered into rest on Nov. 18, 2013, at Doctors Hospital in Modesto.  He was born on Aug. 3, 1954 in Tracy, CA.  He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Platt and two brothers, Bill Platt and Carl Hedegard.  He was a lifetime resident of Manteca. 
   He is survived by his parents, Sandy and Julie Hedegard of Manteca; his siblings, Sandra Mitchell, Stan Hedegard, Tom Hedegard, and Cindy Hedegard.  He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and cousins.
   “Little Bob” was loved by many and touched many people’s lives.
   All services are under the direction of PL Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca.  A Chapel service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013 at
10am at PL Fry & Son Funeral Home.  He will be laid to rest at Park View Cemetery, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Stroke Association, 9707 E.
