Ronald James Colglazier was born on September 23, 1959 to William P Colglazier and Maurine C Wirth in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The family moved around throughout the US while his father worked for Union Carbide, finally settling in Novato, CA. Later Ron moved to Pacifica, where he met and married Kathy Hnilo in 1988. The two moved to San Bruno and finally settled in Manteca, CA where they raised their son, Austin James.

Ron worked construction for Morrison Homes for several years and would always proudly point to the group of homes he helped build off of Interstate 5. Later he worked as a technician at Scott Specialty Gases. Ron has enjoyed many hobbies over the years, loved playing games (where his competitive side would surely come out) and created an array of arts and crafts that he eagerly gave away to friends and family.
