Rosalie Marie Finn, age 98, went to be with her savior, Jesus Christ, on September, 28, 2017, at her home of 39 years with her family by her side. She was born in Los Angeles, CA on January 1, 1919 and graduated from John C. Fremont High School in 1936. 
   She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Mezzanatto and Nicolena (Prono) Mezzanatto both born in Italy, her husband of 69 years John (Jack) Finn, siblings (sister) Anne Phelps, (brothers) Henry Mezzanatto, Eugene Mezzanatto and Donald Mezzanatto, son-in-law      
Gary Gist, grandson Douglas Gist and great-grandson Chastin Victorino.
   Rosalie is survived by her daughters  Carolyn Finn and Beverly Gist, son Dan (Carol) Finn, grandson Devin Gist (Jody), granddaughter – Dara Victorino, great grand children; Katie (Gist) Pierce, Travis Gist and Chelsea Victorino.
   Rosalie was a house-wife and worked part time for J.C.Penney and Sears.  She was very active in several churches over the years teaching third thru sixth grade Sunday school girls and was a member in the Auxiliary of the Gideon’s International Ministry with her husband, John, for many years. They were members since 1984. She will be remembered for her unconditional love and care that she had for her family.
Memorials may be made to the GIDEONS INTERNATIONAL, P.O. Box 2566, Turlock, CA 95381. She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband in a private graveside ceremony at Lakewood Memorial Park, Hughson, CA.
