Sally Ann LaFavers entered into eternal life on March 12, 2015, at the age of 79 years.  She was a beautiful woman known for her sense of humor, friendliness, and southern charm.
   She was born and raised in Texas, the oldest of five children.  She moved with her husband and three daughters to Manteca, California in 1963, where she served as Chief Deputy Clerk of the municipal court for 22 years.  Sally married Phil Sanguinetti, Manteca Planning Director, in 1990.  They retired to Oregon in 1993, where they lived for several years before returning to California.  Sally struggled with Alzheimer’s disease in her final years.
   Sally is survived by her loving husband, brothers, Bill LaFavers and Jake LaFavers, sister Maxine Hovey, daughters Cynthia Leatherman and Christine Doerksen, grandchildren; Jacob Leatherman, Merisa Downs, Chanel Oldham, Niles Doerksen, and Bethany Doerksen, and great-grandsons Brock and Drew Downs.
   A memorial service will be held at Thomas Miller Mortuary on Tuesday, March 17, at 3:00 pm.
