Sandra Lee Holloway, 48, entered into rest on October 27, 2010 in Sacramento at UC Davis. She was born on September 25, 1962 in San Jose, California.

Mrs. Holloway is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony Holloway, of Manteca. She has one step-daughter Dawnie Holloway of Modesto and two step-grandchildren Summer Miller and Samuel Brown. Sandra is also survived by her parents Lilli and Jay Pulizzi of San Jose.

Sandra was a licensed Esthetician and owned her own business in Sun Valley Idaho for 7 years. She enjoyed the many seasons that nature brought; the winter skiing in Idaho, the beautiful summer beaches in Pacific Grove, as well as her home towns of Manteca and San Jose. Sandra had a passion for animals. She was a member of the S.P.C.A.

 When living in Pacific Grove for a good part of the year most would find Sandra volunteering her time at the Pacific Grove Animal Friends and at The Senior Center. She loved walking along the beach with her husband and exercising. She also enjoyed painting and making jewelry. Sandra cherished her many friendships but especially treasured her friendship with her lifelong friend Sheryll McGuire. Sandra will be remembered for her warm giving heart, her sweet nature and her infectious laugh. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Holloway’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 1 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery. An online guest book is available for condolences at www.plfryandson.com under obituaries.
