Sharon Denise (Penny) Crawford, 44, entered into rest on March 22, 2012 in Manteca. She was born on February 22, 1968 in Altus, Oklahoma. She was a resident of Manteca for 42 years.

Sharon is survived by her father James Penny and stepmother Debera Prat, her mother Harriet Bercegeay of Oklahoma, and her daughter Cassie Crawford of Manteca. She was blessed with one granddaughter Kailanni Soriano of Manteca. She is also survived by her brother Jerry Roberson of Vista, CA., her sister Dr. Chantel Prat, niece Jasmine Prat, and brother-in-law Dr. Andrea Stocco all of Seattle, WA.

Sharon worked as an Occupational Guidance Counselor. Her career was devoted to helping people with disabilities find meaningful work. She attended Manteca High School. Sharon enjoyed the outdoors and time with family. Sharon was devoted to her daughter and was also blessed with a granddaughter she loved very much. Sharon was a very caring and big hearted person. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services for Sharon Denise Crawford have been entrusted to PL Fry & Son Funeral Services, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. A celebration of life service is scheduled for Wednesday, March 28, 3:00 p.m. at PL Fry & Son Funeral Home.
