 Shirley Ann Taylor, 70, entered into rest on Saturday April 18, 2015 in Arizona. She was born on September 20, 1944 in Stockton, CA, to the late Albert and Patricia Silveria.  
   Shirley leaves behind her husband of nearly 50 years this coming April 24, Carl Taylor. Her children are Scott Christopher Taylor of Glendale, AZ and Marc Christian Taylor of Ashford, UK.  She was blessed with one grandchild Christopher Michael Taylor.
   In addition Shirley has four surviving siblings; James Silveira of Arizona, Beverly Fletcher of Lodi, Lorraine Carpenter of West Virginia and Cathy Silveira of Petaluma.    
   Shirley was a Manteca native before making home in Arizona. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. She was a proud member of the “Red Hat Society” and member of Escapes R.V. Club.  She graduated from Manteca Union High School class of 1962. In her early year she worked as an accountant, but retired with husband Carl to do what they loved best travel.
 Shirley was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. Her family always came first. She always had a smile and was loved by everyone who knew her. She loved to garden and do rubber stamping as well as make special occasion greeting cards.
Shirley will be remembered as a most loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will truly be missed.
   P.L. Fry is honored to serve the Taylor family. A prayer service will be held in her honor on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 11:00am at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca.  She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, 17871 S. Carrolton Rd., Escalon, CA.
