With great sadness we announce our dear mothers passing.  Sibyle Lucille, age 89, was born in Blanchard Oklahoma, and passed away Thursday, September 10, at Kaiser Hospital in Modesto, after a year long battle with kidney failure.  A dedicated family woman, she worked long and hard to provide a loving home with delicious meals on the table every night.

Mom had a 50 year happy marriage to our dad, Dale (deceased) producing four children; Thomas (Barbara), William (deceased), Gail, and George (Debra); 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren & 1 great grandchild.  Sibyle was a young farm girl when she and her family migrated to California during the great depression looking for a better life, which they found.  Mom has lived in several cities in California before settling in Escalon 29 years ago.  Our mom will be missed.

Her visitation will be on Thursday, September 17, from 2 to 7 p.m. at Deegan Chapel in Escalon.  Her memorial service will be on Friday, September 18, at 11 a.m at. Deegan Chapel in Escalon.  Her final resting place will be at Green Hills Cemetery in San Pedro on Monday, September 21, at 1 p.m.
