Stanley O’Dell Stafford 75, entered into rest on Jan. 7, 2011 in Manteca, CA. He was born on Sept. 4, 1935 in Watonga, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his father the late Elbert Stafford.

 He leaves behind his mother Fronie Kirks of Madera, his loving wife Charlotte Stafford children; Sharon Barker of San Ramon and Cindy Stolt of Stockton. He was blessed with six grandchildren; Danielle McTherson, Jordan Severin both of Stockton, Sean Olivera, Megan Olivera, Mason Olivera and Alexander Barker all of San Ramon.  

Stan loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed house boating on Lake Don Pedro during the summer. He was there for anyone who needed him. He often told his wife of 35 years, Charlotte, that he didn’t know if it was possible to love someone as much as he loved her. He will always be loved and truly missed by anyone who knew him.

 Arrangements for Mr. Stafford are under the direction of P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca.  A  Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan.  18, 2011 at 11 a.m. at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home.
