Tammy Lynn Wetzel
July 19, 1958-October 4, 2014
Tammy Wetzel BW

Tammy Lynn Wetzel entered into eternal life on October 4th, 2014. Tammy is survived by her three children, daughter, April Timmons, Joey Timmons, Mikey Wetzel, daughters-in-law, Lindsay Timmons, and Marielene Wetzel, and eight grandchildren: Elexis, Lee, Leiah, Harlee, Joseph, Bentley, Hailey, and Ayden.
Tammy was born July 19, 1958 in Wichita, Kansas, to Leslie Marshal Wetzel (deceased), and Patricia Lee Wetzel, and two brothers: Tim Wetzel, and Tommy Wetzel.
Throughout her life, Tammy worked at General Foods, American Airlines, and Beck Homes before finding her calling in real estate as an agent, broker, and property manager.
Tammy was a gorgeous woman with a firecracker personality.  She was always the life of the party and her laugh could always be heard above everything else, and it was contagious.  She prided herself on the work she did, the house she made her home, and bettering her life in every way. Tammy loved to cook, BBQ, and entertain.  She was always quick to welcome anyone and everyone into her home and into her heart.  Tammy didn’t have just one best friend.  Every friend she had was her best friend and she treated everyone as such.
Of all her passions, Tammy’s greatest were her children and especially her grandchildren. Each one had a special place in her heart and the love she had for each and every one of them was obvious. She loved spending time with them out by her pool watching them swim, run and ride scooters and bikes around her driveway.  Tammy was an amazing grandma, and her grandkids adored her. All she ever wanted was to watch them grow up.
Tammy received news that she had stage four cancer in October 2013. She fought so hard to beat it but God called on her. We lost an incredible mom, grandma, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend the day she passed.  Tammy will be greatly missed and life won’t be the same without her, but we know she is watching us from above.
A celebration of Tammy’s life will be Friday, October 24, at 10:30a.m., held at Crossroad’s Grace Christian Church located at 1505 Moffat Blvd., Manteca, CA 95336.  Additional information can be found on Tammy’s Facebook page.
“Mom, you will be in our thoughts, prayers, and hearts, until we see you again.”
