Terry Dell’Osso, loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away on Easter Sunday with her family by her side after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Terry was born in Winnipeg, Canada, to Elsie and Roelof Frintrop. She moved to California in the 1950s, married and had three children. Terry then met the love of her life, Rudy Dell’Osso, over 30 years ago. They have traveled, laughed and thoroughly enjoyed their life together. Terry was a dedicated Mary Kay consultant and was very involved with the Dell’Osso Family Farm. She treated everyone like family and was devoted to her charitable activities including the Lathrop Sunrise Rotary.

Terry is survived by her husband Rudy, three children; Danny Caldwell, Carie Smith (Ken) and Andrew Caldwell, and her three stepchildren; Michael Dell’Osso (Karen), Ron Dell’Osso (Susan) and Annette Dell’Osso-Conoly (Joe). Terry is also survived by 20 grandchildren; Jennifer, Matthew, Christopher, Audrey, Kaitlyn, Sarina, Anthony, Stephanie, Felicia, Dylan, Ashley, Joshua, Philip, Andrea, Ricky, Robby, Brian, Laura, Melissa and Sarah. Terry was also very proud of her 9 great-grandchildren; Hailey, Zackary, Brayden, Peyton, Michael, Tori, Alice-May, Christian and Charlotte. Terry leaves behind numerous friends and relatives, her best friend Irene Rose and her two precious dogs, Casper and Lacey.

At Terry’s request, no services are being held. A private family gathering will celebrate her life. The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and continued support. We would also like to thank Optimal Hospice of Modesto and request that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to either the American Cancer Society or Optimal Hospice Foundation.
