Thomas Everett Crom
December 14, 1952-September 3, 2013

Following a brief illness, Thomas E. Crom went to his heavenly home too soon on September 3,2013. Born in Escalon on December 14, 1952 to Howard and Hazel Crom, Tom was the youngest of five siblings. He graduated from Escalon High School, and attended Modesto Junior College, and Delta College. After thirty one years of service at Canandaigua Winery, Tom and his wife Denise fulfilled their dream of opening The Barn Produce and Mercantile in Escalon in 2007. A lifelong outdoorsman, Tom enjoyed camping, fishing, mushroom hunting and frequent excursions to Pinecrest. Tom is survived by this beloved wife Denise Crom of Knights Ferry, Bandit, Punkin, Lily, son James Ripley, two brothers and two sisters. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
