Troy died in Roseville, CA. He had lived in the Sacramento area for several years.
  He is survived by his mother Lydia Toolan of Stockton, CA and his father Thomas Toolan of Fairfield, NY, his grandfather Thomas Toolan of Rio Vista, CA, and grandmother LonDeen Bennett of Ripon, CA.
  He was raised by his aunt, Shirley Bennett, with two sisters Stephanie Hawkins of Modesto and Jennifer Hawkins of Salinas, CA.  Troy had several aunts and uncles, Susan Powers of Sacramento, Sandra Boggs of Sacramento, David Critchett of Manteca, Scott Crichett and Brian Crichett of Utah, and lots of dear cousins.
  Troy loved to travel. He was an intelligent guy, good with computers and bicycles. He had a great sense of humor.
  A memorial dinner was held in Stockton, August 2017.
