It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victoria Marie Evans-Wright, a beloved mother, wife and granny.

Victoria was born in San Francisco and spent most of her growing years in the sunshine of Long Beach. She went on to become an LVN, and eventually a mother of six.

While on this earth, she touched many souls and hearts with her vivacious soul, which was present in her art, gardening, writing, herpassionate quest for spiritual knowledge, and her deep and overflowing love for her family. Her smile and beauty, both inside and out, were a beacon of light to all who were blessed to know her.

Her ability to see the world for all its beauty and share her joy with others  were nothing short of magical, even as she struggled with terminal cancer for almost two years before she finally  found peace and rest, surrounded by her loved ones on December 21, 2011.

Her spirit will live on in those whose hearts in which her loss is felt most, her husband Marty Wright, her six children: Jason Menzimer, Wendy Menzimer, Gwynn Finch, Jamie Evans, Joy Steuer, Cody Wright, and her 15 grandchildren, who each carry on her essence in their hearts.

Please join us as we remember and celebrate Victoria’s life at her memorial, December 30, 2011, 3pm, at Freedom Christian Center 700 N. Union Rd. Manteca. A second service where she will be laid to rest will be on  January 14, 2012, 1pm, at Crystal Garden Cathedral in Garden Grove, CA.
