Bill was born in Hayward, CA. He lived in Manteca most of his life where he attended school. He served in the Air Force for 4 years. Bill was a professional painter for 25 years.

Bill is survived by his mother  Dorothy McGee, brother James McGee, and son James McGee, daughter  Jamie McGee, sister Sandra Turetine, niece Deborah Louise, and nephews Lawrence Costa II, & Jason Brown. He was preceded in death by his sister JeriLynn Costa.

Services for Bill will be held Thursday, July 7, 2011 at 2:00pm at Park View Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca, CA.
