Wilma Edwards, 95, entered into rest on November 2, 2015. She was born May 23, 1920 in Texarkana, Texas.
   Wilma was preceded in death by her parents John L. and Faye Jackson, husband Robert E.L. Edwards, and sister’s Myrle Aston and Betty Wright.
   Wilma is survived by two sibling’s; Lynn L. Jackson of Tracy and Ina da Costa of Manteca, along with numerous nieces, nephews and their children.
   Wilma had lived in Manteca and Tracy area for many years.  Wilma made her career as a chief clerk in the Mechanical Department at Southern Pacific transportation company for 36 years of service (April 1944 to May 1980).
   She was a active volunteer at the Manteca senior center with her sister’s over a period of 20 years.  She was a blue ribbon winner for her crocheting.  Among all of Wilma’s attributes, her family was most important, she loved spending time with family.  She had a special place in her heart for children and animals.
   Her light touched so many lives and what we can do in her honor is just live a little more like she did.  She will be dearly missed.
   Hotchkiss Mortuary is honored to serve Wilma’s family.  A celebration of her life will be held Monday, November 9, 2015 at 10 a.m.  Graveside memorial service at Tracy Public Cemetery,
