Zachariah P. Gomez, 14, entered into rest on April 19, 2014, in Manteca. He was born on September 10, 1999, in Moreno County.
   Zachariah is survived by his beloved mother Michelle Hernandez and father figure Jerry Bynum. He has four siblings; Selena (17), Matthew (14), Jimmy (15) and Johnathan (11) Gomez.
   Zachariah was lovingly known to family and friends as Zach. He attended Nile Garden Elementary School and currently attended Manteca High School as a freshman. While attending MHS, he was heavily involved with JROTC, where he enjoyed volunteering for many community events throughout Manteca. Zach was goal oriented, as his ultimate life goal was to join the military, become a K-9 peace officer, and live happily with his wife and family. Zach always  demonstrated traditional values as he continuously had a positive outlook on life. His charismatic, giving and loving personality will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at 3 p.m., Christian Worship Center, 786 Button Ave., Manteca, CA. He will be laid to rest privately at Park View Cemetery.
