Zachary was a special angel who blessed his family deeply. He was a one of a kind baby who brightened everyone’s day. Zachary was a tough boy with a spunky personality; who was loved unconditionally.  He will forever be in our hearts.
The Creek family would like to send a very special “Thank You” to Dr. Lindenburg at San Joaquin General Hospital for bringing Zachary home when we thought there would be no hope or home for him. Our appreciation to Dr. Lindenburg is indescribable and will never be forgotten.
Services for Zachary are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. Visitation will be on Monday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to noon with a Celebration of Life to follow at noon at P.L.
