Zachary Slater Creek, 6 months, entered into heaven on February 24, in Manteca. He was born on August 18, 2008 in French Camp to Mr. and Mrs. Chris and Nicole Creek of Manteca.
Zachary is survived by his 4 year old brother Cody Creek of Manteca; grandparents (grandmother) Darlene and husband Kenneth Levin of Livermore, (grandfather )Edward Schreiber of Hayward, (grandmother) Susan and husband Bill Schaeffer of Burnet, TX and (grandfather)Lynn and Sheila Creek of Kerrville, TX.; aunts and uncles Sarah and Frankie Teicheira of Manteca, Matthew Levin of Livermore, Melanie Levin of Antioch, Chasity and Ray Helm of San Marcos, TX; cousins Frank (Quattro) Teicheira of Manteca, Danielle Teicheira of Manteca, and Chloe Creek of San Marcos, TX; and great-grandparents are Marvin and Virginia Light of Burnet, TX and Herman Creek of Ballinger, TX.
Zachary was a special angel who blessed his family deeply. He was a one of a kind baby who brightened everyone’s day. Zachary was a tough boy with a spunky personality; who was loved unconditionally. He will forever be in our hearts.
The Creek family would like to send a very special “Thank You” to Dr. Lindenburg at San Joaquin General Hospital for bringing Zachary home when we thought there would be no hope or home for him. Our appreciation to Dr. Lindenburg is indescribable and will never be forgotten.
Services for Zachary are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. Visitation will be on Monday, March 2, from 10 a.m. to noon with a Celebration of Life to follow at noon at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. Interment will be at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery 17871 S. Carrolton Road, Escalon.
