The City of Manteca, Parks and Recreation Department in cooperation with Big League Dreams sponsored the annual Independence Day Celebration on July 4, 2015 at the Big League Dreams Sports Park. 

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincerest gratitude to the following sponsors; Pacific Gas &Electric Company, Richards, Watson and Gershon, Doctor’s Hospital, Delicato Vineyards and Manteca Bulletin. 

Thank you to the following vendors who supported the event; Mac Doogles Old Time Kettlekorn, Primerica, Sno Central, Calvary Chapel, Rescue Roofing, Valley Custom Carts, Manteca Body & Brain Yoga, Sylvan Learning Center and End Zone Gaming. 

A special thank you to GK Music for providing entertainment for the event, Marlene Champlin and George Perry and Sons for providing watermelon and sponsoring a watermelon eating contest, Audra Coburn and New Hope Church for sponsoring a cooling station and passing out complementary water at the event, Cheyenne Milligan for performing the National Anthem, Black Bear Diner for providing pies for the pie eating contest, Manteca Youth Focus for their assistance with games and the Summer Camp program and staff for contributing artwork for the Kid’s Art Exhibit.
