Editor, Manteca Bulletin,
On behalf of our team at Coldwell Banker Crossroads Real Estate, we would like to take this opportunity to thank several people who contributed to our recent successful relocation to the Main at North Marketplace at 319 N. Main Street, Manteca.

We want to recognize and thank Ed Cardoza, Ed Cardoza Jr. and family for the over 20 years of service you provided to us as our landlords at the Cardoza West Shopping Center.

We are now open in our new location at 319 N. Main Street, a large, modern and efficient home to our real estate professionals who have provided quality service to this community since 1982. The planning and construction of the improvements necessary to move our business was made easier because of the team of Project Developer/Owner Leo DeGroot, General Contractor, Mike DeGroot of DeGroot Construction and Becky Meredith of Velthoen Associates Commercial Brokers representing DeGroot Properties.

Thank you to the DeGroot team who provided us with professional, competent and capable experience, ensuring that we all met deadlines schedules and budgets. They were cooperative and pro-active throughout the entire process, working with our team to ensure we got the improvements we needed with minimal interruption of service to our valued clients.

We invite the community to our open house to see our new Coldwell Banker Crossroads Real Estate home at 319 N. Main Street on Thursday, May 28, from 3 to 7 p.m.
