This is in response to Mr. Baca’s letter dated Dec. 18.

It is evident that Mr. Baca needs a refresher course in the Constitution. Mr. Baca stated that it required 2/3 of Congress to override the President veto. That is incorrect only the Senate can override the President veto with 60 votes. Second, the President cannot grant Citizenship, only stop deportation. One federal judge has ruled President Obama Executive Order was unconstitutional. Third, Mr. Baca assumes that I am White. Fourth, Mr. Baca needs to educate himself. He apparently still resides in the era of the Confederate, KKK which all consisted of Democrats which probably includes him.

 Mr. Baca writes all nonsensical opinions that do not educate the people. He rather they continue to vote for a party that has kept them misinformed and dependent on the system, government. Furthermore and I quote “Looks more like Lee suddenly woke up from the Civil War and discovered a Black man was President, so he grabbed his funny Teapublican hat and Confederate flag, ran out of the bunkhouse, jumped on his white house and rode off in all different directions”. That statement is a statement that bigots and liberal racists make.

For the record, the President is a bi-racial, African American, mother white American, and father African. Moreover, I woke up during the Vietnam War with the American Flag, and rode off to eliminate the racists and bigots, that continue to provide misinformation that perpetrates racism, keeps us divided and keep black Americans voting for Democrats. But, when I ran out of the bunker, I jumped on a palomino to rebuff those Liberal Democrats and bigots that use race to divide us. That is my opinion of Mr. Baca.
