Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

As a lifelong member of the Manteca area, I am proud to see how this community has taken shape. We have grown as a city in consideration of the agricultural interests that surround us. Part of this success is due to the vision and cooperation between the City of Manteca and the South San Joaquin Irrigation District leadership.

SSJID Board member Dale Kuil should be commended for his efforts and be re-elected for another term. Kuil and his fellow board members have been on the cutting edge building the Division 9 Pressurized Irrigation Line. This new technology will conserve an addition 2000 acre feet of water for the district. The pressurized line not only won awards, but is the most advanced irrigation system in California today.

I urge you to vote for Dale Kuil.
