We have a unique community. We enjoy the high quality of services we receive from our churches, city, fire department, library, local businesses, parks/recreation, police, schools, service clubs, and others who have collectively built our culture.  This didn’t happen by chance; it happened because we had capable people in leadership positions.
Again, we are asked to choose between council candidates willing to govern our city and to solve our future problems.  I have known Leo Zuber for 36 years and I believe he can do this because he:
uunderstands the budgeting process including the governmental mandates and restrictions.
ureads and comprehends the data in legal opinions, policies, and regulations.
ulistens to the views of others.
uhas experience working with other jurisdictions and agencies.
uunderstands the factors in community development and the need for affordable housing.
uanticipates how a decision today may impact tomorrow.
ucan evaluate and prioritize between facts, requirements, expectations and opinions.
As voters, our duty is to elect responsible people to leadership positions. I urge your vote for Leo Zuber.
