Congressman Denham fights for his district
letter to editor

 Editor, Manteca Bulletin,
During Congressman Denham’s tenure in elected office, he has truly cemented himself as
part of the Manteca community. For example, holding Mobile District Office’s (MDOs) monthly here, at the Chamber of Commerce, where constituents can have their voices heard. In addition to having a presence in the city, he listens to all of his constituency and continues to fight for important issues like water storage and immigration reform. He has established great long term working relationships, based on honesty and trust, with all of our local elected leaders.
Denham has earned my vote by fulfilling his campaign promises year after year. He has fought for our agricultural industry, which drives our local economies. He has fought for small businesses and battled against crippling over regulation from government. More importantly, however, he has strived to be a problem solver and has advocated for all his constituents in Washington, not just one group or another. We have gotten to know him and his lovely wife Sonia over the years. He is a man with solid family values. A veteran, he is a man of integrity, with abundant common sense who votes for what he truly believes is best for Manteca and the valley.
This election will be competitive, but we should elect the leader who has proven himself to be a true representative of us all, who are not a one issue candidates like many of his opponents. I urge all those who care about true public service and representation in Washington D.C., to join me in voting for Jeff Denham for Congress.
