Consultants & Mantecas shell game

Governor Moonbeam has just raised the gas tax to pay for roads he says because we are in a place that is hard to describe.  It’s the peanut game of three walnut  shells and which one has the peanut under it. The same thing can be said about Manteca’s out of control growth
It’s a simple thing to have growth when you take care of what you have first before you go north, east, south, and west.
The city deals with growth by trying this, trying that and calling a consultant, calling another consultant and then calling a consultant that consults a consultant. Then we back to the walnut shells. The streets are still bad along with traffic.
President Trump says deconstruct government to where it works.  The point is this: if there is a 4 by 4 wood pole that needs paint the city needs a consultant to tell them how to proceed and then the consultant reports get four paint brushes and four people for four sides
We need leadership on the City Council.
Ask a retired person that lives on $675 a month and needs food on wheels so they don’t starve what he or she thinks about the pay scale that was put in the paper regarding city workers.
