We are so glad that you had your say about the entrance to Manteca (at Yosemite Avenue and Highway 99).
We have written letters to Councilman Steve DeBrum, who also lives on Austin Road and must pass the weeds and debris most every day. He had nothing to say about this.
We feel the council does not take on a project and see it completed. We would like to see one of them have enough push to get things done and finished. The interest seems to be West Manteca and not East Manteca. There’s not enough pride!
Keep up the good work Dennis. Hope your article sparked the interest of at least one of those boys.
