Lifelong area resident Dale Kuil should be reelected to the South San Joaquin Irrigation Board of Directors.   This business persona and farmer as served our community tirelessly.
Kuil is a solid leader committed to the success of the District.  Returning Kuil to the board guarantees ongoing projects will benefit from the consistent leadership fighting to defend water rights crucial to farm and urban users.  Also he has been involved in the implementation of a successful drought management program aiding our agricultural community.
