Great Wolf should compromise for walk-in admission

Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

In response to your “Here’s the solution to whiners: Go get a room” column printed on Friday, Aug. 17, regrading access to the Great Wolf Resort.

As usual, you make excellent points, and Great Wolf will be huge for Manteca’s economy.  Still, it’s like not being able to go to Disneyland without staying in their hotels.

Maybe a compromise: have limited windows available during the year allowing walk-in admission.

Editor’s note: Great Wolf representatives have said they are planning on having some access days that will not require obtaining a room as they have in their other resort locations. Typically it involves several non-peak days. As a way of helping support community endeavors they partner with local non-profits to sell admission tickets as a fundraiser.
