Why is Manteca Councilman Richard Silverman not attending the One Voice trip to Washington, D.C.?
Mayor Steve DeBrum, Mayor Pro Temp Gary Singh and Councilman Mike Morowit can’t function without Silverman.
Silverman says it isn’t a “spring break.” With all of the events Mayor Steve DeBrum, Mayor pro Temp Gary Singh and Councilman Mike Morowit will be attending they won’t have time to be tourists.
Even though he is not attending, Silverman said nothing about how much this trip was going to cost taxpayers.
A few tax dollars will be saved by Silverman and Councilwoman Debby Moorhead not attending. Of course, those tax dollars saved will only be spent on something else.
