Our Oakdale Irrigation District board members have worked with SSJID on several mutual projects. You are very fortunate to have a Director with the intelligence and foresight of Dale Kuil. He has all the qualities needed for leadership, independent thinking, advanced planning and fiscal responsibility. Dale’s record with SSJID shows that he is an excellent, talented director. He clearly deserves to be elected for four more years in office.
