There is no need for City of Manteca to be seeking nominees for the Manteca Hall Fame.
With the five people running the City Council perhaps city staff could nominate the entire Manteca City Council to be inducted into the Hall of Fame
These five members are all to be commended for the work they do — which is absolutely nothing — unless when it comes to addressing much needed  projects around town, except collecting fat checks and attending numerous social events around town.
This council should create their own social club known as “The Hand Shakers Club” which takes place before every council meeting.
