As a longtime resident of the Manteca area, I cannot believe that the city has decided to persecute the homeless this holiday season. Where are the Christian values that this time of year is supposed to be all about? And to call itself “The Family City”. What a joke. Those who truly celebrate Christmas know what Christ’s most important message was: love thy neighbor as yourself.
