Editor, Manteca Bulletin,
As a retired educator of 37 years in the Manteca Unified School District, I understand the importance of having the right person as our next County Superintendent of Schools. That’s why I’m supporting James Mousalimas.
Mr. Mousalimas is currently the Deputy Superintendent of the San Joaquin County office of Education (SJCOE) and has been responsible for the supervision of education programs at SJCOE for the past six years. Prior to that, he was with the Tracy Unified School District for 10 years as Assistant Superintendent. He has over 29 years in education as a teacher, coach Peace Corps volunteer, and administrator. He is a man of integrity who works hard to make decisions that are in the best interests of our students.
James Mousalimas understands how important it is for the County Superintendent of Schools to support and work in partnership with the students, parents, and schools in our county. His collaborative decision making, record of success, and sound financial management are unmatched by any other candidate.
James Mousalimas clearly has the experience, commitment, and leadership abilities to be our next Superintendent of Schools. I encourage you to vote for James Mousalimas on Nov. 4.
