Editor, Manteca Bulletin,
I received a ticket (P 89330) on June 20 for a missing front license plate (true). The part I consider harassment is that other vehicles in my area, also missing front plates, were not ticketed.
I also went to City Hall and found at least six city employee vehicles missing front plates. So if this is a money grab, they are missing quite a few in their own area (I did record plate numbers if you are interested).
This may also be a case of a lost ticket book, and a prank, otherwise the police should be ticketing all vehicles without front plates, not selective enforcement.
