Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

Special Day on the Farm is held for children and adults with developmental disabilities in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Calaveras, Amador, Tuolumne and Merced counties. This year we had in excess of 1,800 attend. This year’s event was held at the Dell ‘Osso Corn Maze where the attendees were able to enjoy all the wonderful events including the Maze. They had a wonderful lunch, entertainment, pumpkins and Trick or Treat bags filled with goodies at no cost, thanks to our wonderful sponsors. So to the following sponsors and to the volunteers, the Kiwanis Club of El Dorado-Stockton wish to say thank you.

Ron and Susan Dell ‘Osso for six wonderful years at the farm, MBM Foodservice, Cargill Food Distribution, J.R. Simplot Co., St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Pentel of America, Manteca Rotary, United Stationers, Storer Coachways, Frito-Lay, Alhambra/Sierra Spring Water Co., Stars N Stripes, Chez Shari Productions, George Perry & Sons, J & J Printing, The Office City, Manteca Ambulance, California Milk Advisory Board, Golden Valley Federal Credit Union, Landd Special T’s, Redi Mark, Manteca Kiwanis, Manteca Chamber, Sunrise Kiwanis, DynoMaster, Diesel Master, Animal Clinic-Stockton, Councilman Steve DeBrum and, of course, all the volunteers.

Without the support of these wonderful people, this event would not happen. Thanks to all of you for making our Special Day on the Farm a success.
