Manteca has all sorts of problems.  And the one happening in my neighbor could be deadly.
This is possibly going on in your (neighborhood), too – residents or their guests are parking in front of fire hydrants.
On my street, it’s done all the time.
There are times when cars and trucks are parked there for days. Please think about it before you block the fire hydrants.
The life that’s saved could be yours or your loved one.
