Teens arent getting enough recognition for good they do

Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

I’ve had some good and bad feelings about the kids of today and the ones of the future. A lot of us see the bad in most kids and don’t look too far for the good.

Well, I went to see the school play that East Union High put on this last week and my thoughts did change about a lot of things. There are so many great kids in that play, “The Sound of Music,” that it sure made me think too many kids don’t get enough recognition for being as good as they are.

I wish to thank the great kids and the people who taught them for such a wonderful program they put on. It makes me have a lot of faith in the kids of today. Go to school plays if you get a chance to and you won’t regret it.
