Editor, Manteca Bulletin,
This is an open letter to PG&E:
You have spent millions to seek passage of the so called “ Taxpayers Right to Vote Act” Passage of Proposition 16, will assure your company a monopoly in the electrical/energy production business in the State of California for the foreseeable future. This is unacceptable, unless you add a amendment that requires PG&E to get a two/thirds approval vote from your customers for any future rate increases that you may seek.
After all “ fair is fair”. Until then I will vote no on Proposition 16.
