Editor, Manteca Bulletin,

During the past thirteen months, I have had the opportunity to meet with residents all over the district.  They shared their concerns and offered opinions on how they would like to see the County proceed.  Those conversations will greatly assist me in articulating their vision for the future as I work hard to represent them as a member of the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors.

From the beginning of my campaign, I had outstanding volunteers who worked extremely hard to spread our message throughout the district.  Each one was a tremendous asset and I could not have succeeded without them.  Most importantly, my wife Karon was always there to encourage me and completed so many tasks I did not have time to do.  To all of them, I offer my deepest appreciation.

Beginning January 2015, I will be honored to serve every resident in the 4th district and San Joaquin County.
