Halloween may be safely behind us, but Little Shop of Horrors at the Grand Theatre (715 Central Avenue, Tracy) is just beginning. The comedy horror rock musical may be an unlikely holiday performance, but it will definitely make you laugh, and that’s what matters. Seymour and Audrey, co-workers at Mushnik’s Skid Row Florists, will get into some questionable adventures with the help of a blood-thirsty plant and… you know what, see the rest of the musical for yourself. Performances are on Friday, Nov. 14, at 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 15, at 1 and 7 p.m. and finally on Sunday, Nov. 16, at 1 p.m. the theatre promises that “this raucous and hilarious rock musical will keep you on the edge of your seat.” Sounds great! It’s time to go fishing! The weather is definitely cooperating this week and it’s supposed to be almost 70 degrees this Saturday. That means it’s a perfect time to pack your fishing gear and head over to the 30th annual Trout Bout at Oak Grove Regional Park. If you are 16 or older, you will try your luck in the adult competition. Don’t forget your valid fishing license! The event starts on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 6:15 a.m. and registration closes at 10. Good luck! Price: $5 fishing permit fee, $6 vehicle parking fee. Learn more at http://www.visitstockton.org/events/the-30th-annual-trout-bout
