Day 211

After a good night’s sleep it was time to get this week started. Meals packed and prepared and ready for the gym. A great bootcamp that had me feeling great by exhausted at the end. Happy to get this week started off the right way. Now it is time to get ready for work then get some more rest for tomorrow.

Day 212

Another great start to the day and it got even better at CORE. All arms! Always a fun workout, at least I think so. After getting in good work at the gym it was off to home to do my weekly house choirs. Mostly just outside work with the lawns and some garage clean up. After that it was a few hours of relaxation. Just what my body needed for the day.

Day 213

I could not ask for a better way to start my day then at the gym. But my mood quickly changed once I got to the gym. It was tough to find motivation and I was not feeling the workout at all. After bootcamp was over I was drenched but did not feel like I put in good work. I know I got a great workout in but felt I could put more effort into the work. After the gym I went to my grandparents to do their yard work then to Costco to replenish my cabinets of proteins and veggies for the next few weeks. Then off to Modesto to get the tux fittings started for my wedding. Crazy to think only 6 1/2 weeks to go. After that it was home to relax before my work week began.

Day 214

Up early to get to that 5 a.m. class, well, 5:25 a.m. by the time I got there. A quick workout, but a great one. All the back side of the leg and I was feeling it at the end. I was happy to get my work in early. Next thing was off to work where we took youth to clean up a local park which was a different experience for me but still had a good time. After the park clean-up we went back to the facility to help with a basketball game we had in the facility. A fun day for all that were involved. After all that it was time to be off and go home for some well-deserved R&R.

Day 215

Another long work week begins now. Another 16 hour day which meant no gym and to be cautious about any and all foods and drinks I consumed throughout the day. I felt like I accomplished that goal great and was ready to rest for the following days.

Day 216

I was not ready to get up but I was up and ready to get this work day over with. After a smooth shift it was home I go to relax and help ready some wedding favors with my fiancé. Following that it was movie watching with her to end the night.

Day 217

Same as Friday, 16 hours of work and sleep is what consumed today. Hit all my goals for the day and actually got some work in at work. Did some pushups and played a little basketball so I stayed active a little for the day — another week completed and ready for the next one to begin.
