After getting off at 6 a.m. a normal person would just sleep until they had to be back at work at 2 p.m. I am not normal, I got in a few hours of sleep and then went to get my sister before heading to Core around 11 a.m. I got in a full body athlete workout. The same workout that was given to my sister. After that I went home to get ready for work then dropped my sister off on the way to work where I ended my day.
New schedule and new day off. I started my day off at Core once again with my sister. We did speed ladd er work where my sister made me look silly. It was still a great cardio workout and nice to have someone giving me a little push. After the gym I started to do yard work and a few other choirs around the house before going back to the gym with my fiancé and got in an arm workout that had my shoulders burning by the end. I went home and ended my night with a little relaxation.
Another day started at Core with the bootcamp. I was dressed in a long sleeve shirt which was just great with how hot and how tough the workout was. After the bootcamp was over my shirt was drenched and I was ready for a nap. I went home to get ready for the week with meal prep and then relaxed for a while longer before going back to the gym and getting in a good chest workout before heading off to Escalon to play basketball with some friends to end my night.
With my new schedule it was a little different at work. I did not have to dress in uniform and had to take a few kids for a softball game to another county. It was one of those days where you think do I really get paid for this? After I was off I went home to get ready for the gym where I was not feeling it. It was leg day but I was beat. The basketball yesterday really drained my legs more than I thought it would. Once I was finished I went home to get rest before the next day of work.
My day is started off at work where it went smoothly and I went straight home once it was over. I had a little time to kill and decided to text my sister, who was in LA for softball, how her tournament was going. She let me know how that was and then also told me she had been offered to play at Cal State Dominguez Hills. Very exciting news for my whole family. All the hard work is paying off for her. After that I went to the gym and got in a back work out and played Frisbee after that. I then went home and got ready for the Kevin Hart show I was attending later that night. It was a late show but it was hilarious. I had fun and it was a great way to end the night.
I took the day off because of how late I got home this morning. I relaxed most of the day. Did some house clean up and played basketball to end the night. Very relaxing day which I appreciated.
Another relaxing morning before heading off to work to end my day. A great week and I cannot wait for the coming week.
