Day 134

Today did not go as planned, another day started at work and yet again that is where my day ended. I got stuck at work for another tedious 16-hour shift. I do love my job but I love going to the gym during the week more and feel like I lose a day any time I am not going.

Day 135

It was not a day that I wanted to wake up. I just wanted to sleep as long as I wanted to before having to go to work. But, of course that’s not how things go and I got my butt up to get to work on time. Once I was off I headed straight to get my sister then to CORE we went. I ended up doing the bootcamp workout of the day which was fine because my chest and triceps were done and I could fell the soreness coming on when I got home to end my night.

Day 136

Finally a day off. Feels like forever even though it has only been a week. I slept in for once and have to say it felt great. I then started my day off at CORE where I was a little late getting to the bootcamp class so instead I completed a great all-back workout. After I was done with that I went home for a little relaxation and some yard work that had to be done. I then went back to CORE at the 5:30 p.m. class to do the bootcamp. A great workout that I loved being part of. But I was exhausted at the end and ready to call it a night, yes it was an early night because once again I work tomorrow on my day off.

Day 137

Similar to Monday I struggled waking up in the morning and got to work a few minutes late. But it was an easy first few hours at work where I got to rest a little. After work was over I went to get my sister then straight to the gym. My favorite day, leg day. I was tired once I completed the workout then had to still do cardio with the speed latter which was fun but again exhausting. I returned home after to start my meal prep for the week and then turned in for the night.

Day 138

I started my day off paying bills on pay day. Always a fun thing to do. Once I completed that I ran a few errands before going to 24 Hour Fitness to get a good arm day in. After I finished that I went to CORE to play some Frisbee. A competitive game at that. I then returned home to get ready for work where I ended the night and start my next morning.

Day 139

Another day full of sleep then work. Easy day but at the same time exhausting.

Day 140

Another 16 hour day and another day I feel the effects of sleep deprivation. But it is all worth it. I am hitting my goals, maybe not as fast as I want but I am improving every day.
