Day 148

Another start to another week. It has finally hit me that I am not sleeping enough and my body is telling me this in the worst way. I had a hard time making it to work today and an even harder time staying awake at the beginning of my shift. I got through my day and went to the gym right away where I got in another session with the battle rope workout. A great workout that exhausted the rest of my energy. Once I was done I went home to get a few hours of sleep before heading back to work at 10.

Day 149

I did not have a hard time waking up today because I was already at work. The day went by quick and I hit the gym once I was off. I got in a full body workout, same as I did last week and wanted to finish that as fast as possible so I could be home in time to watch the Warriors game. Somehow I made it through the workout and the game without passing out. Once I was finished watching the game I went straight home where I fell asleep for a deserved night’s sleep.

Day 150

After a good night’s rest I started my day off at CORE. I had a new workout filled with tire flips, jumps and a lot of ab work. It was something new and I loved the way I felt after getting it done. After the gym I went to take my sister home where I ended up taking my youngest brother swimming for about an hour. I was done after that. I returned home and ended up resting and sleeping for the rest of the day.

Day 151

Another day started off at work and then headed straight home to get a short nap in before going to the gym. It was leg day and another good workout set up by Robert. After I was done at the gym I went home to clean up then had to run to the mall to purchase a wedding band for my fiancé. Only a few short months left until the big day. I am excited and nervous that it is coming up so quickly. After that I went back home and called it a day.

Day 152

It is Frisbee Friday. My favorite workout of the week. After the game was complete I again went home to get ready for work where I spent the remainder of my day.

Day 153-154

Another long weekend with back to back 16 hour shifts. I want to wish all the fathers out there a late happy Father’s Day and hope you all had a good one. Thank you for your support throughout this journey.
