Still adapting to my new schedule but so far so good. I woke up, made some egg whites for breakfast then went to get my sister before going to CORE. A great boot camp full of cardio and Tabata work. Making my body work in different ways is starting to challenge me more than I thought. After the gym I went home to get ready for work where I ended my day.
A day off spent the best way, starting at CORE. It was my sister’s birthday so once I got to CORE the first thing I told Robert was my sister needed a special work out. Bad idea because I got that special workout as well. A good workout but one that had me ready to take a nap on the turf half way through. After we finished the workout I dropped my sister off and went straight home to just relax. To end the night I took my sister to the A's game to end our day.
I ended up sleeping in more than usual and did not start my day off as usual. Instead of the gym I went to Modesto to get fitted for my wedding tux. Not exactly what I had planned for my day but something that had to be done. After doing that I headed back home to relax for a while before heading to the gym for another good boot camp workout. I then went home to meal prep after having a small birthday celebration for my sister with my family.
I woke up believing I was going to work all day. Instead I only worked till 2 and then headed home. I had a little snack then went to the gym where I got in a great leg day. I was tired and ready for bed and an early day.
Today was a day where I was stuck at work all day. Well prepared and had all my food for the day.
After starting my day off at work I went home to get a short nap and then went to the movies with my fiancé for a small date night. I did sneak in a little popcorn which was not the best idea because of the way it made me feel. But it was still a good way to end my night.
Another day spent at work. I am ready for the next full week and ready to continue to improve each and every day.
