Day 179

Another week, also another day spent at work and no gym. A good day that went by quick but I am not a fan of missing the gym. Tomorrow is another day.

Day 180

Once I was off I decided to get a nap in before going to the gym. I was drained and knew it would be a terrible workout without a little bit of rest. Once I got to the gym I got a good back and bicep day in. Haven’t had sore biceps like I had today in quite some time. I am glad I got a little rest in before going to the gym to have a successful workout.

Day 181

The day started at Core., a great bootcamp that consisted of all cardio and body weight work. After the workout was done I spent the rest of my day relaxing and running errands for the house.

Day 182

It is Thursday, my day off and I actually took it off — a full weekend for the first time in nearly 2 months. I could hardly contain myself. I once again started my day off at Core with a great leg workout that left me sore immediately. I then went home to get some much deserved R&R.

DAY 183

I have not slept in till 10 a.m. in forever and that is what I did today. I was late to the gym but still got there in time to get in a good game of Frisbee, my last one with that 10:30 class for a while. I then went home to get ready for work where I ended my day and started my next day.
