Kyrin Barajas scored three touchdowns for Manteca on Friday in a 38-7 shellacking of Lodi in non-league junior varsity action.
Barajas (five carries, 59 yards) scored on runs of 4, 8 and 10 yards. Elijah Stevenson was the workhorse for the Buffaloes with 155 yards on nine carries including a 67-yard touchdown scamper. Owen Gully (6 of 10 passing, 67 yards) hit Cameron Jiminez with a 10-yard touchdown pass.
The Buffaloes defense held the Flames to 81 total yards and was led by Logan Pool and Jose Rios with six tackles apiece. Robert Nelson made three tackles for a loss, Matheiu Evans two sacks and Cooper Chamberlain an interception.
Ripon Christian 21, Orestimba 14
Chase Bunnell was in on three touchdowns for the Knights, including a two-yard scoring plunge for Ripon Christian that gave the Knights some breathing room in the fourth period of the Southern Athletic League contest.
Bunnell (3 of 5 passing, 21 yards) found Danny Lambdin with a 21-yard touchdown pass and added a 1-yard scoring plunge. Lushen Sanders gained 92 yards on 19 carries and Dax Beidleman added 13 yards on five carries.
Beidleman made seven tackles, Aaron Van Hofwegen (interception) six, Danny Lambdin five, Bunnell (fumble recovery) four with three each for Lushen Sanders and Jack De Jong.
Pacheco 16, Lathrop 12
A pair of two-point conversions was the difference for the Panthers in the Western Athletic Conference tilt.
Malachi Gonzales (16 carries, 63 yards) scored on a 2-yard run for the Spartans and Souvanny Tuy (five carries, 21 yards) tallied a 10-yard touchdown run. Humza Habibi added 42 yards on eight carries.
Gonzales made five tackles, Eric Lucatero and Malakai Dunn four each with three for Rueben Lopez. Landen Nolte added an interception.

Manteca 50, Lodi 6
Daryl Carpenter threw for two Buffaloes touchdowns and David Grisham ran for two.
Carpenter (5 of 8 passing, 106 yards) hit Jayden Harris with a 30-yard scoring pass and spotted Nathan Slikker (two receptions, 64 yards) for a 43-yard scoring throw. Grisham (three carries, 44 yards) scored on runs of 14 and 16 yards, Manuel Lopez (two carries, 41 yards) added a 20-yard touchdown run, Roman Duvernay (three carries, 29 yards) had a 5-yard touchdown run and Luke Avila added a 2-yard scoring plunge. Erick Cortez tallied 48 yards on two carries.
Manteca gained 305 yards on 21 plays with seven touchdowns, averaging one touchdown every three plays.
The Buffaloes defense blanked the Flames up until the final three seconds of the game when Lodi managed a 45-yard touchdown run, the first rushing touchdown given up by Manteca this season and only the second overall.
Dean Sortonis and Cortez (forced fumble) led the Buffaloes with 10 tackles each. Dominick Amato (interceptions) and Lucas Ruiz added six stops apiece with four for Jerimiah Orona.
