The East Union freshmen used a balanced attack to generate 313 yards of offense on the way to a 35-0 thumping of host Chavez-Stockton in non-league action on Thursday.

 Dezmin Ware tallied 122 yards behind 10 carries with a 45-yard touchdown run and pulled in a 28-yard touchdown pass from JoJo Espinosa (6 of 8 passing, 107 yards). Espinosa connected with Marquise Higgins on an 8-yard touchdown pass and also scored on a 4-yard run, picking up 56 yards on five carries. Tealen Gaines (five carries, 52 yards) scored from 49 yards out. 

 Presley Demello (six tackles), Marquise Higgins (four), Gabrial Herrera and Alex Alexander led the Lancers defense. Anthony Contreras added an interception and Thomas Cann recovered a fumble.

 Anthony Montero led the Timberwolves with 13 carries for 95 yards and a touchdown on Thursday at Daniel Teicheira Memorial Stadium. 

 Miguel Sequeira hit Joseph Tarango with a 5-yard scoring pass to Joseph Tarango to get Sierra on the board in the first quarter.

 Isaiah Lee led the Timberwolves with eight tackles followed by Frankie Vela with five and Manual Aguilar with four.
