Damon Duran scored two touchdowns for Sierra in a 33-8 win over Lathrop in Valley Oak League sophomore action at Daniel Teicheira Memorial Stadium.

 Nick Perez recovered a Lathrop fumble in the end zone for a Timberwolves touchdown. J.P Peterson, Pablo Salcedo, Jordan Black and David Reyes led the defensive attack for Sierra (2-4 VOL, 3-5-1 overall).

 Duran scored on runs of 2 and 5 yards. Peterson had a 60-yard scoring pass to Reyes and Angelo Talamontes hit Kenny Wade with a 50-yard touchdown pass to round out the Timberwolves scoring.

Manteca 40, Oakdale 21

 The visiting Buffaloes (5-1, 7-1) started out down 7-0 then scored 32 unanswered points at the Corral

 The Manteca defense forced four turnovers and was led by the line play of Noe Saldivar, Rayshon Dozier and Mateo Fernandez who shut down the Oakdale inside run game all night.

 Kyle Rachels threw three first-half touchdowns. Ben Rea pulled in touchdown catches of 4 and 63 yards and Matt Ender one. Rea returned an interception 28 yards for a touchdown and had a fumble recovery.

 Behind a dominating Buffaloes offensive line Kobe Shipley ran for third-quarter touchdowns of 9 and 25yards.

 The visiting Raiders scored 28 points in the third quarter at Dino Cunial Field.

 Nick Sims made eight tackles for the Lancers (3-3, 5-3-1) and Mason James added a sack.
